Coolnivo offers worldwide shipping. Contact coolnivo@yahoo.com if you would like to confirm delivery arrangements for your address before placing an order.

Estimated delivery

Transit is estimated at 7 days after dispatch. This estimate begins when the order is sent, rather than when it is placed. Order preparation time is separate; ask us before ordering if you need a dispatch estimate.

The delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier operations, customs processing, local conditions, or public holidays can affect transit. Contact our team if you need help with a delayed parcel.

Shipping charges

A single order totaling US$79 or more qualifies for free shipping. Orders of exactly US$79 are included. For orders below US$79, confirm the shipping charge before payment or request a quote from our team.

Tracking and delivery enquiries

Use any carrier tracking reference provided with your shipment update to check parcel movement. Our order status page lets you check the store order record using your order number and billing email.

If an address needs correcting, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check the status and confirm whether a change is possible.

Customs and destination charges

If you need to know whether a destination charge or import duty is included in your order quote, contact us before payment. The treatment of any applicable destination charges must be confirmed for your order.
