Find the right instructions

Check the model name on the device, packaging, or order record. Keep the supplied instructions with the product. Charging requirements, controls, cleaning methods, and storage guidance can differ between models.

Before charging

• Check the power input and charging accessories specified for your exact model.
• Inspect the cable, connection, and device for visible damage.
• Follow the model instructions on charging location, charging indicators, and whether use during charging is permitted.

Cleaning and everyday care

Switch off the device before cleaning and follow the supplied instructions. Check which parts may be wiped or washed and how any removable parts should be handled. Keep charging connections dry and avoid forcing objects into openings.

For a model with a water reservoir or mist feature, use the reservoir instructions supplied with that model. A mist feature does not establish that the whole device is water-resistant.

Storage

Follow the model instructions for storage conditions and longer periods without use. Keep the product and its accessories together, protect charging connections, and check the device before using it again.

If something seems wrong

Stop using or charging a device that appears damaged or behaves unusually. Email our team with the model and a description of the issue before trying repairs or taking it apart. Our warranty support page explains what information to include.
