These terms cover use of coolnivo.com and purchases made from 浙江省义乌市酷利沃贸易商行, trading as Coolnivo. Read them with the product information and the shipping, return, warranty, and privacy policies linked below. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence where they provide protections that cannot be waived.

2. Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide information that is accurate for the service you request. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or the authorisation required by the law that applies to you. Protect any account credentials and contact us if you believe an account or order has been used without permission.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site, upload harmful code, submit fraudulent order information, or use another person’s private information without authority. We may take proportionate steps to protect the site or address suspected misuse, subject to applicable law.

3. Product information and use

Coolnivo offers handheld and neck-worn cooling collections. Specifications, controls, accessories, dimensions, charging requirements, and care directions can vary by model. Check the description of the individual product and follow its supplied instructions. Contact us before buying if a feature or compatibility detail needs confirming.

Product images help show a design, but screen settings can affect how a colour appears. This does not remove our responsibility for goods to match their description or any other applicable requirement. Editorial guides provide general buying and care information; use the instructions for the actual model you own.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Before submitting an order, review the product, quantity, delivery address, displayed currency, item price, shipping charge, and any additional amount shown for that transaction. Use only the payment methods actually available at checkout. Logos appearing in design artwork do not establish that a particular method is available.

Submitting an order sends us a purchase request. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of that request; acceptance is confirmed by our order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an order cannot be accepted or an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange the applicable cancellation or refund for an amount already taken for the unfulfilled item, in accordance with mandatory law.

A price or product change on the website does not by itself retrospectively change an accepted order. If we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and the available options rather than silently changing the agreed price. Do not send full payment card details or passwords by email.

5. Address changes and cancellation requests

Contact coolnivo@yahoo.com promptly with your order number if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will check the order’s status and confirm what can be done. Sending a request does not itself confirm that a parcel address has changed. Any mandatory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase remains available according to the law that applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Under our store shipping rule, a single order of US$79 or more qualifies for free shipping, including an order of exactly US$79. For an order below that amount, confirm the shipping charge before payment.

Transit is estimated at 7 days after dispatch. This begins when the order is sent and excludes preparation time before dispatch. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The Shipping Policy provides delivery information and enquiry instructions.

If a delivery country may involve import duties or other destination charges, ask us to confirm their treatment before payment. Nothing in these terms creates an undisclosed charge or waives a delivery remedy provided by mandatory law. Contact us if a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or does not match the order.

7. Store returns and refunds

Our store policy allows change-of-mind return requests within 7 days after receipt, provided the item remains in a condition suitable for resale. The condition requirement does not remove a mandatory right to inspect goods. The customer pays return shipping for a return without a product quality issue; Coolnivo pays return shipping for a confirmed quality-related return.

The store window is additional to, and does not restrict, a longer mandatory cancellation period or remedies for faulty goods.

8. Commercial warranty

Coolnivo provides a 180-day commercial warranty starting when you receive your product. Read the Warranty Policy and use Request Warranty Support to send the purchase and issue details. We will review the request and confirm the applicable service and next steps.

The 180-day commercial warranty does not replace or shorten a mandatory legal guarantee. Where applicable law provides a longer guarantee or a remedy beyond our commercial warranty, those rights continue to apply.

9. Personal information

The Privacy Policy explains information associated with visits, orders, support, cookies, and service providers. Using the website does not itself provide consent for every optional data use. Any consent required by applicable law must be obtained for the relevant activity.

Provide only information needed for your request. Where a review or comment feature is available, consider what you choose to make public and keep private order or payment information out of public submissions.

10. Website materials and external links

Website text, branding, images, and other materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may use the site to read information and make a personal purchase. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits that use.

A link to an external site does not make that provider part of Coolnivo. Read the provider’s relevant terms and privacy information when using its service. This does not exclude responsibilities that the law places on us for the services or goods we provide.

11. Mandatory rights, responsibility, and complaints

These terms do not exclude liability or limit a remedy where doing so would be unlawful. They do not require you to waive mandatory consumer rights, a statutory product guarantee, a legally available cancellation period, or a right to seek help from a competent authority or court.

If a store policy or clause conflicts with a mandatory rule that applies to your purchase, that rule prevails to the extent of the conflict. This contact process does not prevent you from using an applicable statutory complaint or dispute route.

12. Changes to these terms

The date at the top identifies this version. Updated terms apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. A later website update does not by itself remove rights under an already accepted order. Where a material change requires a particular notice or agreement, posting an updated date alone does not replace that requirement.
